Best Vanguard MP-40 Loadout: Attachments, Perks, Class Setup
Call of Duty: Vanguard is the latest installation of the Call of Duty franchise, and we all know the multiplayer aspect of the game is going to be populated with all sorts of people. You’ll have a handful of top-notch players who will definitely score some really incredible killstreaks and dominate the playing field. It might be disheartening to essentially get “bodied” by people who dedicate their lives to this game.
Fortunately, there are some weapons that you can use to even up the competition, though they will probably use similar loadouts. Here is a loadout for the MP-40, a starter SMG that has a good kick to it and can dominate at mid and close ranges.
Best MP-40 Loadout in Call of Duty: Vanguard
The MP-40 is a standard issue SMG in the game that you can use while playing the pre-made Rebel class before level 4. It’s presented as an SMG, but it has the stopping power and range of an assault rifle, making it an optimal choice for newcomers.
Here is the loadout to use for the weapon, along with perks to get the most out of it.
- Optic – Krausnick ISO 2M
- Muzzle – F8 Stabilizer
- Barrel – Krausnick 317MM 04B
- Underbarrel – SMLE Pistol Grip
- Magazine – 9MM 24 Round Fast Mags
- Rear Grip – Pine Tar Grip
- Stock – Krausnick 33M Folding
- Ammo Type – Lengthened
- Proficiency – Steady
- Kit – Quick
Using this loadout dramatically increases the overall handling of the weapon. You can aim down sights (ADS) quickly and pull it out in a pinch. It may not be so optimal to use for hip-firing because of the attachments placed on it. What the MP-40 can do is mow down people with very little noticeable recoil. Essentially, this build turns this gun into a “laser”, meaning you can just aim it and eliminate opposing players with it with ease.
If you want to get even more out of the weapon’s potential, equip the Ninja perk to get around more stealthily, High Alert so you can get out of your enemies’ sights, and Scavenger so you won’t have to deal with ammo economy issues. As for your lethal and tactical options, those are mostly preferential.
It may take some time to get the weapon up to snuff because of the very intricate attachment system, but once you get there, you can make this weapon shine more than it already does.
